Toni definitely goes the extra mile! She worked well past closing trying to get our phones up & running all the while with a smile on her face. She was alone in the Brattleboro store but helped each and every customer (there were quite a few) on a very friendly and personal level. This lady deserves a HUGE raise!!!

Toni is amazing! She is alone in the store at this time with no help! Her multitasking is amazing, waiting on customers sometimes 2 at at time and never misses welcoming anyone that comes in calmly saying “I will be with you as fast as I can, please take a seat and be patient.” Her calmness and ability to multitask, answer the phone ringing, answering questions, and giving you the best deals! The knowledge Toni has is amazing, if she doesn’t know the answer she will find it for you! Toni wrote a step by step instruction for me & my son to transfer my account to his, and it took us 4minutes total! Thanks to this amazing woman, her patience, calmness, expertise, caring and understanding of the customer needs she leaves no question unanswered as you leave the store, (not to mention her telling you to have a good day) ! I wouldn’t go anywhere else as long as Toni works this store!

very unprofessional. sending consumer cellular customers to Us cellular telling them we handle the company when they know we don't. this is a big problem of the agents talking about what they don't know or understand what their job entails. not only are they wasting other companies time but also losing out on new customer potential. not to mention the kid working rn wants to swear at me for informing them.
