I am not a resident of Brattleboro; I am from the West coast. My visit was on a Thursday at midmorning. It wasn't too busy; I was roomed after about 15 minutes. This gave me time to complete the online paperwork. Once roomed, the MA took my vitals; Jordan the PA came in within 10 minutes. She explained the treatment plan; noted that I should hold my statin med during the course of treatment; reassured me of the efficacy of the med and expected timeline of recovery. A very satisfactory experience. Good job from the reception staff to medical staff. I'd go again and recommend it without reservation.

Let me preface this that Jordan at the front desk was an absolute angel. I scheduled an appointment at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon for a DOT Physical so I can get my paperwork done for a new job I'm starting. Jordan was very kind and receptive to me, and prompted me through all the paperwork I needed to do. First, general information, and then a DOT physical form. Upon completion of that DOT form (It is now approximately 3:45), Jordan informs me they will call me when they're ready, because despite seating inside the facility....something about COVID policies, we are to wait outside in our cars. So myself, along with 4 other cars, two of which had elderly members in them, wait in the parking lot. It is 85-90 degrees outside. By the time 5:00pm rolls around, (90 minutes later), my car battery has died, a lovely stranger parked next to me was kind enough to assist me, and I walked back inside to see Jordan because I don't dare turn my car back off. I asked for my initial paperwork back. She informed me they were just getting ready to call me. I told her exactly what I have now told you. She was absolutely mortified. This facility wasn't busy. The parking lot wasn't packed. There wasn't a line of patients, except for those who came after me. I'm sure this was a one-off series of unfortunate events that no other person will ever have to go through again. But to have people waiting 90 minutes, two hours, however long puts their health and their vehicles in jeopardy. Again, I doubt anyone will go through this again. But to walk in to get my paper work, and see a majority of staff gathered around laughing about who-knows-what while other people bake in the parking lot waiting around seems, well, unprofessional. While the other reviews for this place seem outstanding, I for one, cannot dare go back again.

Woke up unwell on a Sunday and was able to book an early appointment. Everyone I saw was kind and professional. I left with a prescription phoned into my pharmacy in about 1/2 an hour.
