Had another shop they did not fix it took it to Duncanville tv and tv been working fine every sense

I turned my TV off and the next day that I tried to turn it on was just clicking, The insurance recommended these people they came and picked up the TV, Now they are telling me that I broke the screen and that is why it was not working, however, the power supply was fried, this lady is telling me that it was because it was broken, at home is just my son and me (2 adults) and that I broke without knowing, most likely is was broken when they transported to their place, want to notice that when I toll the lady that they broke it, she gave me non sense excuses, never again.
