We process most title applications. Titles not processed are On Line Dealer, Mechanic Lien, Abandon Vehicle, Vehicles transfer from Non-US Overseas. Some of these titles maybe sent to the Full Customer Service DMV, others will be referred to be sent in to Richmond DMV titling Service.

You will have to visit a DMV Office that is a Full Customer Office. NORFOLK has one on Widgeon Rd and Poplar Hall Dr.

Hi Everyone! The DMV Full Customer Service schedules will change effective March 7. They will take customer Walk in with no appointments Monday through Saturday Norfolk DMV Select schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday only from 8:30am-3:45 pm. DMV Selects do not process Drivers License or ID transactions.

This is Commissioner of the Revenue they have a contract with DMV and they don't do drivers license.

You can do all of that. The hard part is getting an appointment, due to Rona, they working by appointment only now. I set an appointment in June and the earliest they had was Oct 24th.

The DMV Select was closed when I went there. It seems to me that you have to wait several months just to get an appointment with any DMV. My appointment isn't until December but I thought I would go by to see if they are there. I'm very frustrated and aggravated about this entire situation

No. You would have to go to a full service DMV. DMV Select you can get tags, renew registration or get a new registration, pay personal property taxes etc. The only things they don't do is ID and driving tests.
