You have to have your Va permit for 60 days and my 60 days would be on aug 16th but the next available drivers appt is on aug 5th, would they still let me take it?

If you don't have and appointment they are not going to see you!!!! Go up there and see... they are very strict about the appointments.

Being that the DMV has tight scheduling for appointments, I wouldn't think that they'd rescheduled you again for the 16th.
