It depends on what command they are assigned to. If they're attached to a shore command they can go to the galley and pay for their meals as they are given BAS to pay for it. If they are assigned to a schoolhouse for school they are likely not given BAS and can eat at the galley without paying out of pocket. If they are on a ship, they are given BAS and then have it deducted by the ship to pay for the meals provided on the ship's mess decks.
Do you have to have a driver's licence to drive thru the base and do you fill out any form to be parking inside of there?(for example: 30days of working there)?

US Passports are issued by the Department of State either thru their office or the United States Postal Service (yep, the Post Office). You can check USPS.com for the nearest post office with passport services.
Adult passports are $110.00 payments (check or money order) made out to the Department of State and a $25.00 processing fee to the Post office ( cash, check or debit card).
Passports are good for 10 years.
Unless you are associated with a command that issues passports for Official Business use only.

Take the Terminal Blvd exit off of 564. Run that down to Hampton Blvd and make a right. Several lights and an underpass later, you'll come to a light for NSN Gate 5. The truck inspection is on the right.

I would say consult with the ID/CAC office, you'll need to get your vehicle access stickers and yourself proper identification stickers if you don't already them. It should be the smaller building on the right coming in.

If he is active duty or reserve duty, his military ID is his passport for his military traveling. If he traveling for private, then he needs one. If you are referring to a vehicle pass, then he needs to go to the base pass office to get either a visitor's pass or a base sticker for his car.
So I’m just reporting here from boot camp and my parents are driving me. What would I have to do to get them on base?
