Fast service for inspection , it's a bit rough to wait in your car without your keys, but for the price it's a very good choice and people report good reliability.

A rep there hung up on me. I called to get a quote for an oil change. I said my mechanic is understaffed. The price given was reasonable but they want you to leave your car there all morning and pick it up at the end of the day. It's just an oil change. It takes no more than 45 minutes. They said all of their customers do that. However, not every customer is able to do that. Many people only have one car. I assume they are booked with other work they prioritize so they put off doing oil changes, they do them at their convenience, and he didn't want to tell me that. His communication was poor and he was quick to do an extreme thing (hang up on me). I didn't raise my voice. I was upset though and said it's a d* oil change. The rep said he doesn't want to work with me and hung up on me.

Clean, professional, work accomplished on time and within estimate. When I brought my car in for a possible suspension issue, the vehicle was evaluated and I was told it was best to return to the dealer as the issue maybe covered by Volvo. No charge was made. Great service and advice.
