Reserved a room a week before my stay. Was given a room with exposed electrical switches, non working lights in the wash room, cigarette burns on the comforters, a massive gap under the door, paint smudges everywhere, the tv did not work and the refrigerator was broken and smelled. Asked for a different room was told they were full but the website said rooms were available. On the plus the rude desk person did give me a refund though he never took his AirPods out.

This is probably the worst place I have ever stayed in my life.Trash is piled under the stairs, the front staff is extremely rude (If you can find them) and no hot water. The guy actually told me to wait a couple of hours for the water to heat up. It only went from lukewarm to freezing. The rooms are dimly lit and have an air of severe depression about it. I don't suggest this motel to anyone.

I stayed here for 1 night and was happy to be surrounded by plenty of places in walking distance for food. The desk clerk even gave me some leeway and stayed a bit longer after check out time. The rooms were clean, there was a dirty towel in the bathtub and the bathtub was a bit dirty, but the room was a lot better than what I expected upon first glance. Wifi was surprising as well. The staff was what made me write this review. Don't get a cheap hotel and expect it to look like the doubletree🤷🏾‍♂️

Positive: the only thing that was good about this hotel was the location. Negative: i asked for the stickie waste to be mopped in my room when i checked in twice never did it. the tv did not work, there is no access to the lobby also there is no breakfast. the maintenance man was outside my door for nothing lookin in my room feor an hour
