MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW YOUR RATE before you sign or initial. I was told one rate and then was given another and because I believed them, I didn’t go over the rates in person with a fine-toothed comb. The room was average but had a musty smell. Decent breakfast was the best part about our stay.

Location was good but the rooms were a dump. Service at front desk was ok. But if something happens to your room it won't get fixed. Plus I saw people getting arrested there. Don't leave your value ables in room. Cleaning people have sticky fingers. I wouldn't bring my kids there.

It's in a great location and our stay was mostly left undisturbed. The woman front desk clerk was very friendly. Two of the men clerks were not so much. We didn't get the room we reserved. We reserved a room with a king bed. When we arrived and checked in we let the desk clerk know we had our two dogs with us. We were told the room we reserved was not pet friendly and switched us to a room with two single beds. We of course were not happy with the change but with it paid in full with no cancellation we had no choice. In the middle of our stay we got a phone call from front desk saying we were to let the maid in and have the dogs gone even though we had the "do not disturb" on the door handle. I have never had that happen before and we travel often. We won't be staying at this hotel again. When we return to Smyrna we will stay at the La Quinta where it actually is dog friendly.

The people are great. We did find a big roach in the room. Room was mediocre. My opinion is it could be lots better if they didn't have a guy out back slinging his deal of the day. Pretty noisy even on a weekday.
