The lady cleaning the floor in the lobby when we arrived pet and talked to my anxious dog, which was super kind and helped ease my nerves about my first hotel stay with my pup. Our room was very very clean and clearly had been disinfected all the way down to the carpet. Even my dog couldn't sniff out any remaining evidence of the guests before us. I will definitely be staying here again when passing through the area.

Positive: The staff and accommodations were very helpful and up to par with what I expected. Everything that was advertised was there and more. My family came to town for a wedding and would definitely stay at this establishment again for future trips. Negative: There was some bathroom tile issues that I didn¿t care for and wish room service was more frequent but that¿s a personal preference. Everything else was excellent.

I feel so bad I took so long to write this, but we stayed here while evacuating from New Orleans after Hurricane Ida and it was the BEST place we stayed in three weeks. The staff was amazing, especially Kathy/Cathy (sp?). She told us all about the area and answered any questions we had in general. The hotel was super clean and is dog friendly as well. Kathy kept the coffee hot and flowing even though some other guest’s children kept trying to drink at all. If we are ever up in Smyrna again, I would not hesitate to stay at this great hotel with all the amenities you could ever ask for. Thanks again and hope you are all well!

The beds were awesome! Found myself going to sleep after 15 minutes. The room was clean and spacious. Was at the quietest part of the hotel and it worked. Looking forward staying here for new year’s and more holidays to come. Thank you all for an awesome stay ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
