Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The PDI guys were excellent and were very thorough on the inspection with us. We drove from Florida to buy and pick up the trailer. Clint was helpful to video chat with us a few times to show us everything we asked for so we didn't have to drove 2,000 miles for a disappointment.

We just loved our experience with LazyDays. Our salesperson was Scott and he worked very hard, taking us from camper to camper that he picked for us. He did not pressure us but gave us information to help us decide. The sales manager, Terry, was a great help as was our delivery advisor, Rick. Zack made our financing a breeze. Lastly, when we picked up our camper, Jeff took us through and made sure we knew everything about our camper. Thank you to the whole crew. Our experience was wonderful!

This is a special shout out to Carrie Lutz, Retail/Warranty Service Advisor at the Elkhart IN location. A few months ago I had received a call from someone asking me to schedule an appointment to get the seals on the RV windows checked. Not knowing why someone was calling and asking me to schedule this appointment, I was hesitant to give them any information and said I would have to call back. I ended up calling LazyDays a few days later to inquire more about scheduling this inspection and why someone would be calling me since we hadn't had any problems. The first person I spoke with had no idea. She put me on hold and transferred me to someone else who was just as confused. She asked if we were having any problems. I said "No, someone from LazyDays? called me and said I needed to have them checked and wanted me to schedule an appointment". I was transferred three times and finally ended up speaking with Carrie. Carrie listened to what I was saying. She asked the right probing questions in order to help me figure out this mystery as to why someone called me. She took action. She spoke with her supervisor and it was suspected that the caller was more than likely the manufacturer calling as part of the warranty protocol for the seals. It was determined the seal inspection is a new requirement as part of the warranty if you need to use it later. But, the seal inspection could take 1-2 hrs (which I didn't have) and was at our expense. With Carrie it was like 'the buck stops here' and she wasn't transferring me again. More recently I reached out to Carrie for another question and again, stellar customer service. She didn't just read my email and leave me hanging. She responded immediately, then she followed up with me before I could follow up with her. I'm thrilled to say, she just called and the item I needed is being shipped to me. THANK YOU Carrie!! You are Employee of the Year material!
