We purchased an camper from Sonny’s last spring. We had a great experience with Sonny’s during the purchase. Since then, we had to send our camper back to Sonny’s for some basic warranty work. Everyone is very nice and helpful. We had an additional issue with the hitch on the camper, and James, the Sonny’s technician, made a house call! He actually came to our home to do the repairs. The hitch needed to be repaired and he was able to come to our residence and get it fixed. I can not say enough good things about the service department at Sonny’s. They really go the extra mile when it comes to service. Special thanks to Alex to for all of his help as well. Great organization to work with. I definitely recommend buying from Sonny’s.
