This place is the best. On our way to Ludington we suffered some major suspension problems. Jay completely rebuilt our trailer suspension in a very timely manner and did a fantastic job.

Got the worst call of all from my sales guy, said my camper wasn’t in yet, but will be more money. I was devastated. Said that keystone increased the price without notice. I didn’t believe him and called keystone, yup they sure did increase it, but my sales guy was actually eating a pretty big chunk of the increase. I called around and these guys are the real deal. Honest and truthful. Offered my deposit back and could not have apologized more, we accepted the increase and will deal with it. I appreciate the customer service, it’s rare.

First the Sales person Lance, we first looked at the trailers he showed us a few. We looked over the one we liked for a while. We left and talked about getting a a new trailer. What impressed us that Lance never call to put pressure on us. We returned a week or so later and looked it over again. We then called ant told Lance we wanted the trailer but we would be gone for 7 days with our old trailer. When we went in to sign the paperwork Drew was the financial person we talked with he also great. Then we met Eddie that did our walk through, Eddie was this person he understands trailers very well. I don't think he missed anything. Jamie was the mechanic that installed our hitch he is also very knowledgeable. .

We weren't really in the market to buy a fifth wheel this year but this was such a great deal we couldn't pass it up! Our salesperson, Lance, was great! He took this fifth wheel in on trade and the previous owners were wonderful in offering the hitch and the service department was able to get it installed for us. While they installed the hitch, they loaned us a vehicle so we could pick blueberries and spend the day at the beach! Very impressed with this dealership! Thanks Lance for taking care of the details.
