So far we have had nothing but a great experience! We bought our first camper there tonight we came in later in the evening looked at half of what they had on the lot (which was I felt a lot of options). We knew the general idea of what we wanted but just wanted to look at a little of everything. The owner was so sweet to us and let us look at everything with no pressure or rush. We compared prices with the stores in Springfield and St Louis some were the same but others were way more affordable.

with out a doubt the best place to buy your first RV, second RV or any RV. stephanie was great, we didnt get to see her the day we took delivery, but she was able to get our delivery day 3 days quicker, our walk through Tech was very nice and knowledgeable, and probably the only person in the world id hand my truck keys to. I knew how to operate every single system when we pulled out of their shop after his instruction, he was very understanding that this was our first RV and was willing to answer even the stupid questions and wasnt too shy to point out my incorrect assumptions without being disrespectful. We got a great deal on the RV we purchased, they are a down to earth dealer and they dont have a multi million dollar show room like the other places that they are trying to pay for with your money. Go see them and you wont be disappointed

The salesman, Rick, was wonderful!! We told him what we were looking for and the budget we wanted to stay with and he helped us find the perfect travel trailer. The service didn't stop there. We are first time travel trailer owners and we are not that knowledgeable, yet. We got to the first campsite and we couldn't get the trailer unhooked. I called AOK and the service department was busy. I was starting to get a little nervous. I called Rick and he saved the day! He walked us through it and said to call anytime. As soon as I got off the phone, the service department called to make sure we were okay. I'm so glad we purchased our travel trailer with them!

Bought a Artic wolf ml6. Told them I had a trade in, but they wanted the down payment so they could "prep" the new one. Didn't have time to unload my stuff off my camper to bring in for trade as I travel for work and went home just to get the new camper and leave again. They never asked about it again. So I get the camper and on the first trip the boards on the sides of the night stands fell off, trim on one side of the bedroom slide fell off, and the Artic Wolf stickers are peeling off after just driving to my destination. The furnace had failed to come on TWICE now with full propane tanks causing the water lines to freeze. No light switch by door. You have to walk all the way through camper to get to a switch. Bed frame is thin boards which causes it to make noise. I've had it four weeks now and am disappointed. No follow up call/ email from AOK RV asking how's the camper, am I enjoying it NOTHING. Left water in the tanks from prep testing for leaks. Luckly I was using it right away, and knowledgeable of rv's/ winterizing them being it's time of freezing temps. My other camper that didn't get traded in is a Keystone. Had it twelve years now and not one problem with it. Not even in -30 degree weather. I will say besides the trade in part, and water left in tanks from prep all mentioned is the responsibility of the RV manufacturer. AOK has always provided good service, very good staff, and if you need parts they don't have they will order, and or try to find and get them.
