I been 3 months with a fridge,and then I turn around and didnt have air for like a year and then without heat for a year and a half,my sinks leaks and you a gnat infection going on now and the bugs and roaches are really bad and they have had so many people and managers that it don't make since and they made promises to people who have already signed a new lease..

I've been living here at 380 Harding Place for over 2 years now and it's been nothing but one frustration after another. For one thing, I just saw a posting for a one bedroom apartment for 700 dollars, but I'm paying 850. Huh? Repairs are done shabbily, when they DO show up to make them. For example, I complained about mold around the bathtub area. They splattered caulk around the edges and it looks ugly and I still have mold in the bathroom. Insects from time to time but they'll send an exterminator if you complain enough. Last summer, the AC broke down and when I complained, I was told I wasn't the only one who's AC was broken. It wasn't until I called codes, that they finally fixed it, weeks later. In the meantime, they damaged my carpet during the "repair" process. Let me see...what else? Oh, yeah, they're not open on the weekends so there's there's no way to reach them in an emergency. Oh, and speaking of emergencies, my apartment was broken into yesterday (Saturday) and I called the emergency repair number and no one has shown up yet, which means I can't leave my apartment yet because the doorway is demolished. And speaking of the demolished door, the locks on the door are cheap, which is why it was easy to kick in. Mind you, this was in broad daylight. 2, count em, maintenance men for over 200 apartments, and don't even get me started on the laundry room, which only has 4 washers but most of the time only 2 of them work. Oh, and homeless people sometimes make their home there, okay? I'm already preparing to move as soon as possible. I can't take it anymore. My advice? Run, don't walk, from this property. You will be sadly disappointed.

I hate living here!! I'm literally laying in my bed burning up because the ac units in our apartments are too small to circulate the entire place. It does matter how low the thermostat is set. The ceiling leaks often because the maintance just do patch work and won't fix the issue, the pipes! They say pest comes once every Thursday. Bullshit!! Roaches, ants, spider are non paying occupants. The receptionist is a fits and will low key try to screw you over. The rent goes up each year but nothing gets renovated. Don't swim in the pool because they never change the water.
