I have lived here for almost a year now. It looks like many improvement projects are going on or recently completed. I see a major renovation of the back pool clubhouse happening. There is a new dog park. And next to that is a competition grade outdoor ping pong table and an industrial strength corn hole game that will challenge experts. I don’t know much about pickle ball but I think there is a court for that in this activity area too. I like what I see.

I started looking for apartments in Nashville during 2020, the middle of a pandemic. I was moving across the country and knew nothing about Nashville or the areas or even what was a good price for an apartment here in town. Needless to say, I came across Nob Hill. They were nice and kind when I was touring and applying to live there. They told me that I could choose between a refundable or non-refundable deposit. I chose the non-refundable deposit, which would mean I wouldn't owe anything once I left since they got to keep all my money to begin with. They also told me that they replace carpet every year so the tenant never has to pay for new carpet, which is what a lot of apartment complexes try to do to you when you move out.I was so excited! I thought finally an apartment that doesn't try to scam you. (boy was I wrong) I proceeded to live there for over a year. During the duration of my stay, I had about 5-10 packages stolen from my apartment doorstep. This isn't the end of the world and happens every where but it made me feel unsafe and non-trusting of the adminstration. Once I tell them I need to have my lease extended by one month, I received 6 different calls saying I owed more than what was on my account even though that was what they told me to pay for a 1. month extenstion. 6 different times I had to explain myself to two different people on how their records were wrong (See the 0 balance on my account). I say this to show the disorganization within this place. Fast forward, I move out. A week or so after my move out, I receive a request for payment for carpet damage. Over $800. I then email them back saying everything that I said above and what I was told when I moved in. They never respond!!! So I assume they wiped the charge. YAY! Again boy was I wrong, I start receiving calls from debt collection agencies!! They never emailed me back, they never called, NOTHING. Now they refuse to do anything to help me out. The lady who rented my apartment is no longer there so they claim she never said that about the deposit and the carpet. I have email proof of her stating the non-refundable versus refundable deposit. I am absolutely shocked that they completely refuse to admit any fault, their own employees!!!!! Here I am in MAY having to pay for something when I moved out in FEBRUARY. This place is a scam and will tell you things that are not accurate. Don't stay here!

I must say the staff is friendly and they sure do their job well. They follow up with you and they return your calls. The ambiance at the apartment complex is great. You walk through the hall ways it’s so fresh. Inside the apartment itself is so spacious with modern fixtures and fittings. I would recommend anyone to live here

Get the tow truck number from the office. I usually leave a nice note then they usually dont park there again.
