I've lived here for almost a year now and I'm renewing my lease. My experience has been great...quiet and safe complex, lots of green space for my pup, easy access to I65 and I24, the office and staff have been quick to fix repairs I've submitted, and its cheaper than any other place I looked at by far. Zero issues with bugs or noisy neighbors...hoping it stays that way!

Edit: Updating my review because it's been a pretty rough ride since the one I wrote below(which like many of the other 5 stars on this page were paid for). I've lived here for two years now. This apartment complex clearly does not care about a good experience for their customers. They have cancelled our maintenance requests multiple times without fixing the issues. The gate has been broken for months with no attempt to fix it, and similarly, the gym access was restricted because of issues with their system, not COVID for a whole month. On top of all these problems, they towed my sister's car even though I had the parking pass for it, and refused to help us with it. Every interaction with the leasing office staff has been so rude and made me feel like I was wasting their time. Find somewhere else to live. Great staff and one of the best apartment complexes in the area. The fitness center is great for quick workouts and the neighbors are nice

Living at the Overton has been a great experience. Modern appliances, hardwood flooring, and spacious floor plans make living here feel like home. The maintenance team is super busy but they always put the residents first. The management is amazing and understanding. The location is great because it is convenient to everything. The community is gated, which allows me to feel more safe. Plus, we got approved for a pool in the spring, so that will be a great addition to the community. Plus, I will add that the office tries to bring the community together by throwing events such as the Costume contest, which is coming up in time for Halloween. Overall, I am very happy here and I am able to trust that the office team will always do their best to make living here great.

Our stay here was very pleasant. Lindsay was competent and efficient with getting us signed up, maintenance was ready when we needed it, and Alice (the property manager) bent over backwards to help us troubleshoot a problem. Our unit looked excellent for the price---brand new carpet, nice laminate flooring, and overall looking nicely remodeled. Property has tons of green space to walk your pets! (We also had no problem with bugs)
