If I could rate this negative stars I would. Maybe 6 months ago this apartment complex was nice and pleasant, but everything has changed. Prices have gone up due to being bought out by another company, typical in Nashville, but still never pleasant. Renovations have started and they make the apartment complex look worse. Pool has been closed in the middle of summer for some time now. They painted to try to revamp the complex and the painters did a poor job. It is a huge imposition to make renters remove everything from cabinets for several days while they invade our spaces trying to renovate and then threaten a fee if you don't comply. Before renovations started you could never get help from maintenance and our dishwasher leaked for months before someone came to fix it. Completely new staff in the office with the new company who are not as pleasant as the one's before them. I have heard horror stories from other residents about water heaters flooding their apartments and carpet molding among many other things. I could continue, but I think you get the point. It is unfortunate and I would not recommend renting from the metropolitan. The reality is that there are much nicer facilities in the area with better utilities and location for the same price.

Was bought out by new management about a month ago. Rent was raised by $500 with no actual improvements in price, and many current renters are being priced out. Maintenance requests are ignored and pool is closed for no reason

Meghan and Nikki were great with communication and answering questions. Perfect location and very quiet. Good size apartment and layout. Overall, very happy and would recommend!

She was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in answering any questions I had. The Metropolitan Apartments are lovely, and I have already felt a warm welcome from my neighbors, and it all started with the warmest welcome from Meghan and the leasing team 😊 I would give ten stars if I could!
