had a very off-putting tour here. apartments are nice “looking”, but tour guide was very condescending to us as we asked really standard questions about amenities, pricing, etc. we overall got a bad vibe and am not surprised to see past tenants haven’t had a good time either. i wouldn’t bother with having this complex in your list of rental options.

Decent place but management is pretty terrible. They send out weekly emails during the summer that they are closing amenities. I.e. pool, rooftop, grill for seemingly trivial reasons like dogs found near the pool. The impression given is less following rules and regulations set by the state and more punishing all of the residents for the infractions of a few. Not to mention the complete scam that is fetch, a package delivery company that acts as a middle man for your package orders, high monthly fee for a service that is standard in the real estate industry.

Love the apartment unit, but the roof top patio covering falls down at least once a week and is made of material that scatters all over the patio and parking garage any time there is wind. The fireplaces and grills don’t work because there was a gas leak a while ago, and the dog park is the nastiest location I have ever seen. Fake grass, no one picks up their poop and they don’t Rinse it regularly, so you can smell it all through the parking garage, and it’s so nasty I can’t walk in it without holding my breath or heaving. Not a lot of attention to detail for a “luxury” apartment.

Had the most awful experience with the leasing staff & everything at The Cleo. Was meant to move in tomorrow (February 4) and was told one week before my move (after paying deposit, rent, movers, utilities, and not resigning current lease) that my apartment wouldn't and HASN'T been available since December (I signed on Dec 11) because of a backordered HVAC system that won't be fixed any time soon. So they chose the week before my move to disclose this for the first time. They said "of course they can't put me in another unit, because of the price difference. we have a business to run" and absolutely no offer to give me something temporary - as I have no apartment now. Rude, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. Do not recommend.

Yes it is. I'm not certain they have handicapped equiped rooms (rails in the showers, etc.) but the building itself is.
