Update: since the change in management, this place has gotten better! Christian absolutely tries for you and has been great in all the improvements at 865! The apartments are spacious now they are older apartments so please don’t expect 100% luxury but they are cozy and clean. Dog friendly as they don’t discriminate. The dog park is big however you can’t go there during summer as the turf is way too hot for dogs. Great location and clean complex. So the only thing I like about this place is my friends and Stephanie in the office. Management has given false problems but Stephanie has not. Do not move here if you ever need your maintenance needs met. Stephanie in the office tries her best and I miss Valerie. We requested so many things from months ago to be done and at the end of our lease they have still not happened. Extremely disappointed .

We moved in last week from out of state and everything has been great. Christian has always been easy to reach and helped the move in process go seamlessly, which was great with my fiance's terminal illness having things go so smoothly. Savannah also helped with answering questions for us throughout the process.

I've been at 865 Bellevue for about 5 years. Its the kind of place where the staff knows you by name, and they are always super kind and friendly. My work orders are remedied promptly. I pay less than any of my friends for rent and my apartment is twice the size as theirs.

I love living in 865 Bellevue Rd , it is my favorite place, nice location . Manager Anthony is one of the nicest conscientious person I know. He answered all my questions and spent endless time with me on the phone and in person . The world needs more people like him.The staff are very friendly and helpful. They made me feel at home. If I need maintenance they are very responsive and professional! They are very efficient and timely when addressing needs.I highly recommend
