I have had a great experience at Acklen West End. The leasing staff and service team has been incredible !! So so very helpful! Norbi just helped me set up curtains !!!!! Excellent service/maintenance team. Quiet area. Nice common areas. Always have community events planned (happy hours, breakfast, etc.). I hope to stay in this building for a while.

I moved to Acklen in August and truly enjoy living here! The amenities are great and well maintained. The staff are kind and always willing to help. They are prompt and responsive anytime I have a question or concern. My apartment is fairly priced for such a spacious unit in this area of Nashville. The building access is secured which makes me feel safe and at ease to live comfortably. Highly recommend living here!

I love living at Acklen! It’s in such a great central location to everything in Nashville, but in a more private residential area which is nice. The amenities are some of the best I’ve seen, especially The Sky Lounge. Maintenance guys are so sweet and always fix any problems ASAP. The community’s resident events are always sooo fun and have helped me make friends/network with others in the building. Love that everything is carpet free too! 10/10 would recommend if you’re moving in from out of town.

We moved into Acklen 5-6 months ago and our experience has been nothing but pleasant, stress free and enjoyable. The apartment was in great condition/super clean when we moved in and our move in experience with the leasing office was wonderful - Lauren, Bibi and Brianna were extremely helpful and were able to answer any questions we had and easily assist with our overall move in process. The amenities here are top notch, the gym/pool definitely sold us and the rooftop terrace is also beautiful! Plus we are so close to downtown/shopping/restaurants which is a huge convenience for us. Since living here everything has truly been so easy - maintenance takes care of work orders ASAP, the vallet trash is awesome, parking in the garage is so convenient, the resident events have been so unique/fun/well put on and the leasing office communicates everything with the community - we always know when there is projects going on or community updates. I absolutely love living here and am so happy we chose Acklen.
