ive lived in apartments where Maintenance was lousy...but i moved in july and ive never waited more than 8hrs for him to come fix something.he is very professional...the property manager who stepped in is a breath of fresh air she is really nice...to anyone just starting off its safe and grounds are kept clean my only complaint was the constant noise of full on running from my upstairs neighbors knocking my decor off the wall..i believe people with children and elders should get bottom level..kids are going to be kids ..but boy do i have ptsd lol
