5 stars. This place is decently priced and has a very industrial style inside with exposed ventilation. Makes for a pretty cool rustic looking apartment. Hardwood floors to boot. The maintenance staff is timely, and Annie is a great property manager!

Hello, Im not happy with my experience with Gale Lofts because I feel they used this Covid crisis as a way to extort Admin Fees.  I requested for our Admin Fees back but they refused to return it, despite the fact they found a replacement for us in a couple of weeks, which was no loss on their part.  So extra money on their books all within July.  My wife didn't like the unit because it was nothing like the vid they sent and the bedroom is directly under POWER LINES.  They wouldn't allow self guidance tours like many other apartments.  Not to mention the forced pressure to only see the unit the day of move in up to 10am (just hours) to decide if we would stay.  It's just not ethical, equitable business.

When I first moved from New Hampshire to Nashville I had to lease a place without seeing it first. Based off good reviews and word of mouth, I found Gale Lofts and am so happy I did. The entire complex was beautiful and was very well kept! The staff were exceptional in ensuring that my stay was nothing short of fantastic. Very kind hearted people, great location, and free parking. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area!

I have lived here for 7 months, and I have nothing bad to say about it! It is the perfect location. Everyone is extremely friendly, and there is a nice courtyard for everyone to hang out at! We rarely have maintenance issues, but when we do, Patrick (the maintenance worker), is always very quick to fix the issue! The price is great! Highly recommend!
