I love the people here at Bradford! Everyone knows everyone and it makes me feel at home. with all the new buildings being built all over Nashville, I love that bradford has nice big pretty mature trees and greenery, instead of a bunch of concrete. the office manager brian is so awesome, and always willing to help you if you come into the office and he personally cleans the breezeways, scrubbing them to get them clean when they need it. things like that go a long way! i care about my home and I love that the office people do as well!

I've lived at Bradford for almost 7 years. There's been some much appreciated changes lately. I was going to move, but I'll stay another year.

I would have left a five star review, however, the "manager" Amy treated me very rudely. I would have leased, but the way she spoke to me and presented herself was incredibly inappropriate. Her behavior seemed erratic and at times downright disrespectful. If something doesn't change with the way people are treated by her, Bradford Woods will never gain a single new client. I hate to sound so volatile because everyone else in the office seemed so inviting, but I feel as though Amy's behavior was simply unacceptable.

Horrible management and maintenance. We keep calling the office in hopes of them to fix a leakage from the ceiling. It leaks every time someone upstairs showers and gets all our belongings wet. The employees are very rude and will not listen even though we pay rent without ever falling behind.
