My partner and I had the pleasure of touring this amazing facility thanks to Stephanie Mercer! We had scheduled a self-guided tour and she was quick to offer to show us around herself! She was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable of the entire property! The building was very clean and very well maintained. This is something that most properties lack. The show room was gorgeous as well as all of the amenities that come with it. Very straight forward with any fees that will come with applying and not to mention the perks and benefits of living here! So glad we got to tour this facility! Thank you Stephanie! IMT, you have yourself have fantastic employee. We can’t wait to sign our lease here soon! :)

I’ve lived at IMT 8 South for over 2 years now and hope to renew my lease in a few months. I absolutely love it! The location is so convenient. I feel totally safe here and have never had any issues. The staff has always been very responsive, friendly and helpful. A quick walk to a handful of delicious restaurants, a brand new Publix minutes away, short drive to downtown & to the interstate. It’s been a dream. Highly recommend! (Just please don’t raise my rent soon 😂)
