Very frustrated. Went in for contact lense exam, very rushed. Got my contacts in for trial (had to be ordered because I have astigmatism in my left eye). Put them in and the prescription is not right. Went back in and in the pre check room the lady said yes it was way off. Met with the Dr and he did no checks at all and said “no your prescription is fine”. While my whole right eye is blurry. Then told me “well maybe you have astigmatism in your right eye too”. Shouldn’t a Dr. be able to tell?. He ordered me new contacts that physically hurt to put in my right eye. Probably because I don’t have astigmatism in my right eye. I want my money back.

I had a great experience here, Im not sure why there are so many bad reviews. The Doctor was not rude at all, just very quick and straight to the point. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions clearly. Everyone at the front was very kind as well. You can't beat the prices here, especially if you do not have insurance. They also have plenty of availability, you can get an appointment in within a couple days. Overall, great service!
