Establishment was not busy when we went at 5:30pm, but a few families were in the restaurant. I’m a manager at a Firehouse Subs in another state and was thoroughly not impressed(I even make less than their starting pay at this location). I know I saw at least two managers on duty. The bathrooms were disgusting, and all of the lobby floors needed to be swept. A family of 4 never heard their name called(the employee on steamer station was very quiet when he spoke), and their food was just sitting on the counter. My sandwich was also made wrong(it was missing banana peppers, hot peppers, and sautéed onion that was displayed correctly on the ticket). Only gave two stars because the sandwich was decent.

My first visit to firehouse subs. It was a really good sandwich. The cashier was really friendly. Definitely worth a try if you're liking 5 for a good sandwich

I'm a huge Firehouse fan. I absolutely adore the Italian fully involved with banana peppers. Today I visited the Firehouse subs in pigeon forge Tennessee. I don't know if it's the job market or what's happening recently with some eateries but there were certain things that I noticed here that I haven't seen at any Firehouse subs in the last bit. For one thing the floor was not cleaned well and definitely needed a good mopping. Tables were cleaned when people left, but it seemed that they were shorthanded and some things were not being cleaned properly. When I received my Italian sub, one end of the bun was narrower than the other end. I looked at my friends Italian sub and it was also narrower at one end. Also we both noticed that it did not seem to be stacked properly and stay on the bread as easily as normal. This was strange and just put me off a little bit but the flavor was still there and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm dropping my normal five-star review because of this down to four but it was still a great place to eat! I recommend if you're going by a Firehouse subs to stop in and eat the Italian sub and maybe try some other subs they have that you might like better!

Visited the Pigeon Forge location of Firehouse Subs this afternoon (10 May, 2021) and their business was pretty much steady during the time of our visit. While they do have a limited number of four (4) seat tables available for seating/dining inside (total of six (6) available inside), they all stayed pretty much occupied, as well as a couple of the outdoor tables, while we were there. AND I'll applaud the staff because when diners at a table would vacate, someone was promptly there to clean and disinfect the table before it was used again. Kudos Firehouse Subs! Got my usual fav, the Italian Sub 'fully involved', and today added the 5 Cheese Mac 'n Cheese as a side. The Italian Sub was it's usual wonderfully flavorful self. I've eaten at several locations of Firehouse Subs in multiple States and most of them produce a wonderful product, the Pigeon Forge location is among them. The 5 Cheese Mac 'n Cheese is good, but for the price I expect better. While it's not horrible, I've had a lot of Mac 'n Cheese that was much better. Can't wait for things to return to a more normal as far as indoor dining goes so that this franchisee can take advantage of the extra indoor seating they have available, including the 'Bunkhouse' which was closed off today. Wouldn't hesitate to return to this Firehouse Subs location to eat, and very well may do so while I'm visiting the area.
