Food was ok. Normal buffet meal, but customer service was amazing. They did not have any strawberry shortcake on the bar. I inquired about it and next thing you know Mrs Alexa brought out a whole plate of strawberries and whip cream. Amazing job and I’m leaving Shoney’s with my favorite dish in my belly and a smile.

Great service and food! It was the first time we have visited this Shoney's. The two in our home town went out of business years ago. So this is a special treat for us. We had their breakfast bar and it was as good as I remember. I highly recommend this location. If you're in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge look them up and go. You won't be disappointed.

Call it nostalgia, I don't know. This place is amazing and our waitress was absolutely awesome. All of the Shoney's have closed down where we live, so we figured we would stop for breakfast so the kids could experience what we did in the 90's. Thank you for an awesome time, excellent service, and excellent food. :)
