I'm an MD, but when I go to the doctor myself I don't reveal that unless they ask; that way I'm treated like everyone else. It gives me a true read on the overall quality of care. I have been a patient of Victory Medical Clinic for several years and have always had a good experience interacting with the team of MDs, NPs, PAs, and the other staff members. Recently I went in for a check-up with Kelsey Watson, NP and I learned a good deal from her about my conditions and her exam was so thorough that she found a skin lesion that might be cancerous and I will see a dermatologist about it. I have been a patient of this establishment for more than 15 years. This week was horrible me. I went I. Due to a bad cold. They had to che k for Covid which was negative I told the PA that I needed something for my cough and to loosen the mucus. She said all I needed was. NyQuil She said to call back if I got worse. I called three times and no return calls I wouldn’t recommend this facility. This is how they treat an established patient

Boy did I make the correct decision choosing this location for my primary care physician. Not only is this office incredibly accessible, but they are also KIND. I would recommend this office to anyone.
