This experience has been a nightmare come to life. I had my top teeth done and have experienced issue after issue over the past few years. Visually, the teeth are extremely bulky and long. It’s incredibly embarrassing. But that’s not even the worst part, I have had non stop issues with my jaw and bite as well. It’s hard for me to clamp my teeth down together without bumping into other teeth. I can’t eat crunchy food or my jaw pops in places. If I chew food for too long, I can even feel nerves in my cheek go numb. When I expressed my concerns, they were rude and condescending and I was repeatedly told “well, they were better than they were before.” Um, how is having horse teeth and long term pain better? After SO many visits that year (I truly lost count) to get it “fixed” I gave up for two years and just suffered with the issues because the anxiety and panic attacks I was having just to walk in the building were unbearable. Most recently, after some encouragement from my dentist, I tried to make an appointment to get my bite adjusted. I called several times over the course of three weeks, most times they wouldn’t answer and the times they did answer, I was told they would call me back. They never did. I finally sent an email to two staff members, again they did not respond. I was never even given an explanation, just flat out ignored. It’s obvious that once they get your money, they are done with you.

I got veneers with Dr. Garcia and very unhappy with the results and customer service I have received. I came in self conscious about my large front teeth and instead of listening to me and designing teeth that worked with my petite face, he gave me large bright white teeth. They do not look natural and many people have noticed they are fake teeth. I tried for over 2 years to work with the office to try to soften the look of the teeth by shaving them down, but Dr. Garcia would never see me or even reach out to me to discuss. The office says that I can make them smaller but would have to redo the veneers, which I was never told before the procedure. They then quoted me a higher estimate to fix than I even paid initially, which was a large amount of money. Really upset with my results and how they treated me and want to warn people of going to Dr. Garcia.

I would give 6 stars if possible! I have just had a full mouth reconstruction with two dental implants, extractions, and bridges. You don't have to worry about the appointments because you don't feel anything. You are sedated listening to music, and you wake up after the appointment with a new smile. Dr. Garcia is an artist who does a great job explaining what the options are and what needs to be done. The team is very nice and supportive and they take care of you from the moment you book your first appointment. The price was high, but I am glad I went ahead with this life-changing treatment, and I don't regret it at all. The only downside after this smooth makeover treatment is that I would be discouraged from going to other dentists when I move out of Austin.
