I thoroughly enjoyed my time as a tenant at Motor Wheel Lofts. I’ve rented at various locations around the Lansing/East Lansing area over the last 15 year and this was by far my best experience. The unit was well cleaned and cared for on move in. These are some of the nicest apartments in the area. I enjoyed the unique styling and high ceilings. The apartment itself was very well sound insulated. For being close to a railroad track this was a bit of a worry, but as a light sleeper I was surprised at how dead quiet my unit actually was. I’ve had a great experience with the staff. They were always friendly and responsive whenever I needed something. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here for a year and would recommend this to others.

This is probably the nicest place to live in Lansing or East Lansing. I have lived in industrial buildings my entire adult life & have never experienced a building that was restored to this level. When you live in an industrial style loft you normally have to make some sacrifices (faucets, fixtures, ac, parking) but motor wheel lofts has figured out a way to make all of that happen. The sound proof windows are amazing, the price per square footage is more than reasonable & the tall ceilings made my unit feel even larger.

I loved my time at Motor Wheel lofts! It was very quiet, clean and excellent location just a short walk to downtown! Beautiful industrial windows with high quality appliances. Sheila and Harry were both excellent to work with, speedy to respond to any questions and both take pride in this beautiful building. Maintenance team was also phenomenal to work with if and when there was ever a need. I would 100% recommend this place and would have stayed had I not relocated for work!

I had to move to Lansing about a year ago and Harry and the entire team were so helpful in making it a super easy and smooth process! The building itself is beautiful and the apartment itself was clean with beautiful big windows and high ceilings. The building is located next to all the great spots in Lansing and is safe. I highly recommend that anyone looking to move to the area that they live at Motor Wheels! The team was also super responsive to any and all requests making my stay really enjoyable
