My rent for a two bedroom two bath soho unit plus two underground heated parking spaces is 2195 a month. There are different apartments and different rates for the different sizes. If you go for a tour tell them Kat sent ya! My heat bill is non existant. I live in the first floor and the heat from the garage keeps it so warm I have to open the windows from time to time. My gas bill is 22 my electric is around 65. Way cheaper than living in my old house. With two people and lots of lights always on. Hope this answers your questions.
