Ana the leasing manager was very rude when I went to use the amenities. She continued to watch me while I worked out. This place is racist!! Dont live here especially if you want roaches.

Eagles Point is the worst place I have ever lived. I was there for 2 years. Our AC broke multiple times (IN THE SUMMER) and maintenance did nothing to fix it for DAYS (shouldn't that be illegal?) We also had a rotting dead animal in our wall for weeks before maintenance did anything about it. We had a roach infestation and took FOREVER to get resolved. It is the size of a shoe box and way over priced. Instead of sharing all my horror stories - I will just say that I would never recommend anyone to waste their time or money here.

I am a prospective resident (not fully signed or moved in), and so far - during my visit to the lease office, viewing of the unit, and handling of documents - Ana has been great! I tend to have a lot of questions and she has been very helpful!

Pools are clear and clean everytime i see it with a nice atmosphere. Neighborhood is normally quiet during the night time and sometimes during the day. Maintenance is always on time. Overall, it is a positive environment and it is worth living here.
