I have been a member for more than 10 years. The owners, the staff and the trainers are all professional and knowledgeable . It in my opinion is a neighborhood gym. I always know someone and I love my yoga friends.

Clean and well maintained gym. Equipment kept in good working order - even the upholstered pads are regularly replaced. Nice assortment of equipment. The 24-hour access is great. Highly recommended!

Nice clean place to workout with plenty of sanitizing wipes /sprays / towels available & people were respectful of your space and most cleaned the equipment after using. I've take the gym alot of customers. Just to be over charged more then one time . The sad part is a few years ago, I said, I would not go back because of that .
