Horrible experience. The employees were not paying attention to the customers rather, they were talking about their personal life. They didn't want to take care of my order instead, they wanted me to order on the kiosk. I waited a good 15 minutes for my order and my two burrito supreme's were horrible. I think they purposely made them wrong. To the owner of this establishment, I you don't or can't employ good employees then you should take care of it yourself or close it.

I never write bad reviews. But, lord have mercy. I ordered a chicken chalupa , chicken nacho bell grande and a chicken quesadilla. None of them had chicken :/ no meat just bread , cheese…. I’m extremely disappointed ☹️

Wow I just left the drive through and was absolutely amazed at the team working. It’s been a long day and I’ve never felt so welcomed especially through a drive through. The new GM has the best personality I’ve seen in a while. The young gentleman working the window was very sweet too. Served me extremely fast and made sure my order was good before moving on.

I noticed that as well I think not all taco bell open in the morning..best way to find out is by going to Google maps.. Click TACO BELL NEAR ME and it will show u times..hope info was helpful

Call 1800tacobell and leave them some comments. They listen to the voice of the customer, and try to improve based on customer feedback. New itmes would be interesting.
