Lived here 2 years. Was very cordial with all staff, treated our place very well. However, after move-out, management claimed hundreds in damages for extremely minor issues. Couldn't provide a straight answer for a long time, either. Upon arguing with them, they pretended to go into their office to 'tell the debt collection to wait,' and came out saying that collections would be held off until we come to a conclusion together. Seemingly kind customer service. HOWEVER, they then ignored all of our follow-up emails of proof/questions, and never even postponed the debt collection in the first place. Collections' call was surprising/frustrating, considering it was allegedly 'postponed.' So that put us in an ultimatum - Either pay everything in that moment or face negative marks on our credit. It was clearly a purposeful way of backing us into a corner. Even worse, we were being double-charged for things we already paid them earlier that month. Their solution for reimbursement? Push responsibility on the collection agency (who also never got back to us - go figure). Other residents have had similar extortion/abuse. Also a fatal shooting last December.

Very disappointed in this apartment complex and their management. Appliances not working upon moving in (broken dishwasher, broken door to the pantry and the sliding door blinds break off anytime they're opened or closed) German roaches upon moving in, paint job is absolute garbage and the property management is absolutely atrocious and unreasonable. For a place wanting the $1500 a month they're asking for, I would expect better from this company. I will NEVER recommend this company or any of their properties to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else

If I could give them 0 stars, I would do it. If you are planning to move here, I recommend you not to. The management company is the worst of worst. The manager, Brett, is rude and unprofessional. The apartments are full of roaches, literally, they crawl out of the cabinets as soon as there is food around. They say that the apartments are remodeled, but it is all a lie. They might've been remodeled 10 years ago. The only good thing about these apartments is the location, but that's about it.

Absolutely beautiful complex to live in, with a lot of space to go walking. Very clean neighborhood and conveniently placed on Dale Mabry, but far enough from the main road to be a quiet area. Everyone at the office and the maintenance crew are all very nice and professional. I only wish the pet waste areas were better lit. Also the hot tub turns off at 3 or 4 to meet the "close by dusk" standards, so by the time I get off work at 6 the water is cold.
