I love living there. It's a safe place for my kids to play outside. There's a swimming pool and gym. The management is ok not too bad as long as you pay your rent on time.

A wonderful place to live. Management is super nice and actually cares about the tenants. Brittany is amazing! As well as the maintenance! Great place to raise children. Definitely would recommend!

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. $785 for a 1 bedroom apartment that's barely 700sqft isn't worth it. Especially considering the walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Management hates their jobs and makes it …Alex, we do appreciate your feedback which we will most definitely take into consideration to better our service to our residents. However, if we may respond to some of your accusations. 1st-$785 includes: washer, dryer, water, trash, pest control, cable and internet, we believe this shows the value. 2nd-we love our jobs, considering with any other job, there are difficult days. But, overall we take pride in following put forth rules of the company and Lease which you signed and acknowledged in its entirety. Which next comes to our 3rd response about refund claim. We apologize if you felt we did not handle your refund to your expectations. All of us have the guide-lines of the lease and rules to follow when it comes handling matters. The lease you signed does depict in details along with charge forms we provide to each vacating residents. In the case of yours, we do have several attempts in writing where providing you the opportunity to come back and correct before we submitted the final refund sheet, but you refused. We would like to give you another opportunity to resolve your situation in private, if you wish to. We do have pictures of how you left the unit which determined the decisions on the charges. After you review the photos and forms you signed, if you still feel like we need to adjust, we are open to discussing the matter. Thank you for your review.
