Antigua Village where do I start? I love the staff! they were very welcoming and helpful to me finding my new home. I had a recent tour with them and it turned out better then I expect . Cristian the property manager made me feel very confident about the complex and gave me more then enough information then needed. And Best believe I applied for this wonderful property ! I totally recommend for anyone who’s looking for a place to call home :)

Scam alert. I told them when I needed to move in, they took my money for an application fee, then told me they didn't have any apartments available for my move in date and would not refund the application fee. Don't trust them, they are trying to steal from you. Edit: I called them again based on the response below. They are still keeping the application fee.

Worst apartment management I’ve ever encountered. I moved in here January, they didn’t want me to see the apartment before leasing which understandable because there was dried paint all over the floors and in some spots the floor is actually coming up. It’s 4/5/21 and my oven still does not work even after reporting it when I first moved in. I’ve put in two online requests since then and still nothing. Management doesn’t ever answer the phone or put in efforts to resolve issues even after being told about problems in advance. Trash is scattered throughout the complex and lawn is overgrown. They just don’t care about residents here. They lied about the pricing online. When I signed the lease they sprig a new higher price on me. I would not sign for another year and I’m debating paying to get out of this one. It’s sad when they can’t fix a heating element in the oven even after 3 months of patience. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT LIVING HERE!!!
