While the service was adequate, they overcharged me. After discovering the error, I talked to billing which is somewhere in India and am still waiting 4 months later and 3 phone calls to be reimbursed. They pretend to not find your account, then locate it and say they can't understand why the refund wasn't processed, and then say wait another 7-10 days.After you don't receive it again, you can call again. They will apologize over and over and start the scam again. I received an immediate response. My refund was processed and I have received it. I am hoping my experience was just an oversight. Thank you

MEDcare Urgent Care offers a variety of COVID-19 testing options including Rapid Antigen Testing (results in 15 minutes) performed at the center and lab-based send-out PCR and COVID-19 Antibody Testing. When you visit a MEDcare center for testing, our Providers will evaluate your concerns, symptoms, and/or exposures to select the appropriate COVID test for your scenario.
For patients concerned about symptoms or exposure to COVID-19, please visit a center where one of our Providers can evaluate the need for diagnostic and antibody testing. Your insurance will be billed for this visit and we have affordable self-pay options for our patients without insurance. If you visit for COVID-19 testing and you have not been exposed or have had symptoms related to COVID-19, your health insurance may or may not cover your visit. PathGroup, our third party lab partner, has stated that for these specific COVID-19 and COVID-19 antibody lab tests, patients (with or without insurance) will not have any out-of-pocket responsibility as stated by the CARES Act.
