This place is slow. I got there at 8:00am and didn't leave until 10:30. If you need a drug test or anything go to doctors care they are must faster.

They're busy. Exercise patience and kindness. Two items that need improvement: - They misread the service authorization form and, had I not suggested that they call my employer for clarification, they would have performed the wrong lab service. - The patient check-in system asked me to provide patient information for lab work that was not requested. The staff member explained it as what sounds like glitchy behavior with the software that manages check-in.

Worst clinic experience ever. Women at the front desk have little to no direction. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours just to find out my papers had just been put in the system. Multiple people came in and left before me when they all came for the same thing as me

Waiting over 2 hours for a physical. Other people coming after I arrived are being seen. Instead of notifying you in the waiting room they say they texted you.
