I love coming to Daniel's everybody treats you so nice like if your family. I love you jewelry really pretty. I buy all my jewelry to hear great prices nice selection. If you're ever nearby the Riverside plaza be sure to stop into Daniel's Jewelers. They have great selections here. I especially would like to thank Tiffany she is very kind to me always and is so sweet every time I come in. Also Giovanni, they are both great sales person's!!!

I would not suggest doing business with the company as a whole. The customer service is an absolute joke. And their policies are ridiculous. The managers at this location are amazing and accommodating but the employee Miranda was ridiculous. I purchased a ring from this location on credit. Ran into a issue so called to make payment arrangements. I was told one thing and something else entirely happened. So I asked for the issue to be corrected and they told me I would need to speak to the financial department ok great. Then they said they would give me a call back within 48 hours or something like that. I never got a call. So I called this store location the manager went above and beyond to try and help unfortunately there was not much she could do it was a corporate issue. She told me they would call they did not still this is 15 days later. Again not blaming her she was amazing. Fast forward to today I still have not gotten a call so I am choosing to no do business with Daniels anymore I will take my business elsewhere. I had put another ring on layaway which I will be taking off today Miranda sure sealed that deal. So I call to inquire about there layaway policy. Which is ridiculous by the way if an item is on layaway for past 30 days they do not reimburse the money put down. Anyway I ask her the policy I am probably short because I'm in a rush and she attempts to be a mind reader and says return policy then you want to pay off the layaway then something else when I clearly said I no longer want the item. We converse for a while long i tell her that I believe that policy is crazy and then proceed to explain a bit of the situation and she says something rude to the effect that she dosen't see the problem. When I have clearly and efficiently explained. So I am going to advise all of you reading this not to buy the over priced jewelry that they sell jusr to help your credit. It's not at all worth it. They are able to offer credit to anyone becasue they are indeed overcharging everyone. Don't believe me take anything you buy at Daniels get it appraised and then come back and talk to me. This would be fine but their customer service sucks and that my friends is why you should stay away Responding to the response If you read the review you would see tht the situation was never resolved and I am still extremely unhappy about this situation. Purchased my wife's engagement and wedding rings here five years ago. Jenny still recognizes and greets us every time we walk in or even walk by the store. Excellent customer service every time.

People, the company is taking all necessary precautions.
I had a bad experience with them. One of my diamonds fell out of my anniversary ring and had them reset and asked to check all the others to make sure none where loose. Said they where good and 4 days later lost the one next to the one they had fixed.
