I am prescribed 200mg of an anti-depressant, a dose local pharmacies have never had in stock in my experience. Another local Publix pharmacy routinely gives me double 100 mg doses with no hassle. Partially because it’s the right thing to do, and partially (I assume) because it’s an anti-depressant, and not an opioid. That was apparently to big of an ask for this particular pharmacy, so I guess I don’t get my meds today. Another American “doctor” who is concerned with profits and not so concerned with taking care of patients, how shocking. If there was an option to review at 0 stars, I would have.

Customer service here is ok. I was the only person in line for 5-6 mins before being acknowledged when the pharmacy manager was making a purchase while him and technician both saw me. Only reason for 3 stars is because Evelyn is the nicest one there and she helped me.

The customer service at this pharmacy is very poor. My doctor sent an electronic prescription at around 3:00. I called multiple times and the phone rang for about four minutes each time. No one picked it up. When I asked to speak with the store manager, he said that the best he could do was to transfer me to the pharmacy department again. At about 7:00, they finally picked up the phone and my prescription was still not ready. They honestly do not care about customers and shopping here is NOT a pleasure!
