Be careful dealing with this company, they will say anything to get your signature then not deliver as agreed. CNT was contracted to install additional support under a heavy load bearing kitchen wall. Three of the five piers were placed in the wrong location as per our agreement with the salesman per his drawing. Now CNT is refusing to correct their error. Per one of our phone conversations they went as far as to say that thay had spoken to my wife and convinced her that everything was fine, this is not true. No one from CNT has contacted my wife. A CNT representative was bold enough to say that no one reads reviews so post whatever, wow!!! Ok next is a formal complaint with SCBBB and to the SCLLR. Do yourself a justice and keep looking for a reputal business.

Our experience with this company was excellent beginning with Jeremy Jeffers and ending with Shannon Stacey. Jeremy explained everything that needed to be done and worked with us at the initial meeting. The office responded quickly and was very helpful. We never had to wait for answers Shannon was extremely helpful and detailed with every step taken. He stayed on top of the work giving us updates almost hourly. He had another job to oversee but made us feel we were his only job. He went beyond our expectations. SHANNON THE BEST AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. The crew was very hard working and never stopped. We searched for a company for months to do our encapsulation and felt like we were going with the right one. After agreeing on a full encapsulation with a dehumidifier the salesman from CNT Foundations stated they would spray the small amount of mold under our house for no extra charge when they did our encapsulation. He clearly stated that they could bring some mold spray and knock that out while they were under there. My wife asked him if this would be extra and he said that the small area where it was would not be an extra charge because it would only take about 10 minutes at the most while under there doing the rest. On November 5th when the encapsulation was done I asked if the mold was sprayed? I was told that they forgot the mold killer spray but they would be back within a day or two to do this. When I called the next day to see when they were coming, I was told that this was not included and it would be an extra $2000 for them to return and do this. I explained to them what the salesman told us and they even had him call me. He denied saying all of this. All I can say is please be careful with companies like this and if someone makes a verbal statement get it in writing right then. They asked, if this was supposed to be done why wasn't it in our breakdown? First thing, the breakdown was items we would be charged for and we were told we would not be. We also didn't think about him saying something and not sticking to it; because, they seemed like a trustworthy company.

I appreciate the work that CNT did under our house. They made some new piers to support the floor system and jacked up the floor a little and encapsulated under the house. There were a few issues with the job so Shannon Stamey came and fixed it for no extra charge. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure it was done right. Everyone that I have spoken to from their company was very courteous. And Dave, our salesman, was also very helpful and did a good job communicating with us and answering every question that we had. He also did a great job at working within our budget. Thanks CNT!

We use two approaches to concrete leveling, mudjacking and PolyLift. Mudjacking and PolyLift work in a very similar way in that concrete or polyurethane foam is injected through a small hole drilled into the concrete.
