Hot 8 yoga has been one of the best experiences I have done in a while. It’s therapeutic for my soul and I enjoy the days I come here. The energy at hot 8 Pasadena is beautiful. I have recommended this to all of my friends and they have also gotten a membership. If you’re thinking about taking a class, please do it! You will not regret it.

5 STARS! I started going to Hot 8 Yoga for their welcome week special and ended up loving it. I signed up for unlimited classes and currently attempting their 30 day challenge. The facility is spotless. The showers and toiletries are convenient. The teachers are knowledgeable and the staff members are friendly and welcoming. Classes are addicting. There’s a variety so it’s never a dull day. I’m so thankful I found this place, especially because it’s so close to my work place. Classes leave me feeling relaxed and zen for the rest of the day!

The studio is located near other great stops in Pasadena! I love coming here then having lunch or a smoothie a block a way. You are always greeted by friendly staff who genuinely ask how you are doing and are so helpful with scheduling. The classes have great instructors, although every person has their own teaching style. I was blown away by pepper , i highly recommend taking her class. The bathrooms are always super clean and have everything you may need. I make the far drive because there isn’t any other studio near me that matches them.

Since the first time that I came to take a hot yoga class at this location, I was completly amazed and pleased with the attention they provide...from the front desk reception to the instructors! I specially loved instructor Laurie D, she was a substitute for another instructor and her class was just powerful, relaxing, but yet intense. Her personality really brings the practice to another level! I hope to have her as an instructor again! 10/10 recommend this place!! Best hot yoga place to go!
