The West Point Property team is excellent! They have been our property managers for our house ever since, and they truly make the process easy and painless. Their team is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We live across the country, so we rely on them to manage our property, find and keep tenants, and do everything else. Every time there was a problem with the house (e.g., plumbing issues, tree removal, dishwasher replacement, etc.), their team fixed it quickly and cheaply. I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing property management company!

This property management company is fantastic. I hired them to manage my rental property, and it was probably the best business decision I've ever made. I only have one property and have worked with one other management company. They are extremely easy to work with. Most of the time, I don't even notice they're there. Money appears in my account, and that is all I require to know. When we had a plumbing emergency, they had it fixed the same day and did an excellent job of keeping both my tenants and myself calm. They're intelligent, well-organized, and truthful. Five stars.

I am a "high maintenance owner," but West Point Property never blinks an eye when it comes to my property instructions. My property recently required extensive repairs due to no fault of West Point or the tenants. John (the property manager assigned to my property) remained in constant communication with me, the tenants, the service contractors, and the home warranty company to ensure that the property was repaired. He made me feel a lot better about what was going on at our property, and he worked hard to keep the tenants happy as well. We've never considered changing rental property management companies. I only wish they could also manage my rental properties in other states! I am without a doubt very satisfied with their service and would strongly advise you to try them as your next property management company.
