Five stars all the way! The best place to go to get your passport especially if you have minors. Go to their website to get an appointment. Dyanne help us with 3 passport renewals - 2 for minors and 1 for adult. She was so thorough, very pleasant and efficient. We also had to make a couple of phone calls from setting the appointment to running late because we accidentally went to a different place. Everyone who answered the phone were so nice and helpful. Let me also mention their text messaging service was unbelievably awesome! I am a happy customer and will return again another time! Thank you for your excellent top-notch service!

Super quick! No wait at all on a Thursday at 10am. The clerk was friendly and got me in and out within 10 mins. They also do your passport photo for $10. I highly recommend over going to the post office.

Today, 4/6/2017 Went to HB city hall to get a passport, I was happily surprised by the speed and friendly service I received. The clerk at the counter was very knowledgeable and very helpful in all aspects of the process.

Sorry no. No passport offices can do overnight. There are expedited services available & costs extra. But those still take 2-3 weejs
