Pool on a sunny Sunday. It’s nasty. Bathrooms are locked. And now they don’t open the laundry room in the weekends. But that’s not the worse. The worse is the demanding attitude of the ladies at this new office. I’ve lived here for 10 years and we’ve been through multiple owners and administrators and no one has been so fake like this people. On another note, neighbors are great I like the community here. It’s a nice setup all around. The people running it 👎🏼 Also bathrooms are closed on the weekends. So when the pool is the busiest the kids that want to pee may just pee in the pool.. who knows maybe some adults too. If you want to come to the gym on the weekend bring your fan because they won’t turn on the ac for you.

Horrible place to live!!!!!! I been here for 2 years and when I moved they refused to remove me from the lease and still used my income for the current residents that lived there. They continue to give me problems for an apartment that I don't even own. The workers are unprofessional and don't even try and resolve the issue they will just say they can't do anything and everything is through the manager that apparently is never there so nothings gets done. I've called and they even gave me LEGAL paperwork stating my name was removed and a year later I'm still receiving calls telling me to pay my rent. Don't live here.

I recently moved in at The Breakwater Apartments and I am very happy with my move in experience and my new apartment. The location is great and the rates are the best being so close to the beach. I don’t know why there were so many bad reviews but the staff were great to me and I had no issues moving in.

Great place to live, the old reviews are from old management and this team has gone above and beyond to make sure we are 100% comfortable and happy here. Any concerns we have had, have been taken care of in a very timely manner. So far so good and will post an updated review after a year. Currently sitting at 3 months here.
