Call the front office and someone living in India picks up. The new management are really cutting corners. What infuriates me is that somehow an ex resident had 5 parking spaces for his 2 bedroom. Meanwhile my sister moves into a 2 bedroom and gets one parking space. That’s not fair at all. 2 bedroom means 2 occupants. They need 2 parking spaces.

Owned by Essex Property Management. Super shady and irresponsible management. They never get back to you. They exploit your security deposit. Overall, difficult people to deal with who have absolutely no positive customer service skills.

Have lived here for almost 3 years now and the entire team is FANTASTIC! The manager Catherine, Misty and Melinda in the leasing office, all the guys in the maintenance crew. Seriously. Top notch. The apartments are older, some have been updated/refreshed though but even the "classics" are still quite nice. They're also very spacious! It's a great looking property that is well taken care of.

We have moved to The Huntington apartments month ago and so far I have no complaints but compliments. From the beginning of our search Melinda was very helpful and this was the place that we were most welcomed. And trust me...I have visited every single apartment complex in Huntington beach. 😊😁 compare this to the other so called luxury apartments...you have good amenities ex: the tennis court, excellent landscaping, good space with balconies and most importantly the greatest customer service ever. Plus you will save some money. Melinda, Misty and their manager all the staff is really nice and helpful. They are always truthful and will actually assist you to find your best home. After moving here I have ordered more than dozen packages online and nothing got stolen and one huge was sitting in front of the door for more than 18 hours. To tell you the truth I was scared for that because some have explained that theirs have been stolen. Now the management has increased the security with one gate closed at all times its safe. And I should say...I love our neighbors. Everybody is nice. They are always smiling and greeting...its such a good feeling to have such down to earth people around you. I love this place...And I am glad that I took the decision of calling it home... Thanks

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
