Apartments are nice, which is the only why I'm giving it 3 stars, especially for the price, but the staff could be better. As a motivated buyer, I went into the office at 4:20pm, was informed by the gentleman in the office that tours end at 4pm. Fine, no big deal, but I started talking about what is listed on apartments.com, which I was told was no longer available, and while talking to him, I felt like I was more of a bother to him than anything else, as if I were wasting his time, so I decided to just leave. If they are that way with prospective residents, I can't imagine how they are with actual residents. Disappointing, as I really did like the complex, and talked to a few residents who said it is pretty great. I then sent an email yesterday asking to provide the updated list of what's available to see if there's something that interests me, but now 24 hours later no response. I called them today and just got voicemail. Oh well.

I've been living at Casa Del Sol for the past 5 years. Freddy Flores moved me in. He made the move very easy for me. Whenever I called or walked in to the office he was always there with a big smile on his face willing to help me however he could. He never wasted time and got done what ever I needed. He went to another property for a while, and it was just not the same. Was very pleased when he returned. I can keep going but I thought I should stop here. Freddy will go very far in life. thank you Freddy!!

Freddie is AMAZING! Best person we have ever worked with at an apartment complex. From the first time we toured the facility until we moved in Freddie was kind, considerate and professional! He was attentive and worked through fixing any issues! We now live here and love the location!

The recent Manager (Rosa) Asst. Manager (Katherine) hires have brought a refreshing and positive outlook to our community. Rosa’s friendly, firm, and fair leadership is already developing well needed improvements regarding community atmosphere and property. My dealings with Katherine have been pleasantly responsive with her small town charm. Yes, there are still problems and challenges like any large apartment community, but I have experienced and witnessed improvements with this new management team and I am encouraged it will continue.

We had the same issue I would find as many emails as you can and follow up with your employer we had the same issue because out employer was on vacation but luckily we approved it on time I would just keep following up we were able to not have to change our move in date because we got it approved on time and had the manager here from the apartments approve asap once we got the employer verification form, honestly I would stay on top of it everyday because that's what we did to make it happen and we are very happy to be here
Honestly we have been calling almost on a daily basis, I'm gonna be honest with that it was a hassle but we got approved literally just today to move in tomorrow but we had to show up in a few occasions in person and call the phone. Just be persistent. The resson why it took us so long was because we failed to give them the employee verification form so that's why it was so last minute but if you have everything I would just call
