This is the most inefficient post office I've ever been to. The customer service is horrible, the employees are slow, rude, takes NO initiative and act like they could care less if customers have a pleasant experience(a couple of employees Beshoy & Jeff). The Post Master (Hector) needs to make some serious changes with the current staff.

I put my mail on vacation hold and told to redeliver and never got my mail. Tried to call and get a answer where my mail is I was asked to hold , was on hold for 25 minutes and no one got back to me. Mail has two packages one which is medicine that my wife needs and very expensive. This post office has terrible service.

My best recommendation is to have your package prepaid and ready to just drop off and go. They do not provide pens and if you want tape you have to buy it! There is one male worker who is usually at the window closest to the entrance who is extremely nice and helpful.

They were very nice. I came here to pick up a package right before closing on Saturday afternoon and it was really busy but j was able to find parking and get in/out in less than 5 minutes. Hopefully USPS does their job next time and just deliver the package

If you used a priority box to put your first class mail in, it may get returned to you for additional postage. If you dropped a piece of first class mail with first class postage on it, INTO a priority mail collection mailbox, it would get resorted and sent by first class mail. If you send anything in a priority box or envelope without paying the priority fee, it will be returned to you for postage OR delivered with postage due (usually it's returned to you).
Sometimes the employees are lazy and dont get to the mail, unless the sender is just taking there time. One of the two
No. But any of those private mail box places do notary. i.e. Mail Boxes Etc.
You have a few options. You can go on website USPS.COM. hold mail. You can ask your mailperson or go to your local Post office for a form requesting hold mail. If your plans to be away more then 1 month, Ive been told the website doesnt process it over 30 days, so the card form wd be best. Thanks for asking .
Gotta make a appointment online for a new one. If you're just renewing, can walk right in.
You have to call your post office. Someone will change our the old locks and put new ones in. They charge a fee for new locks
Yes..just make sure u have the paperwork filled out first
